The Cooking Corner

Purpose
To provide an online location for all sorts of information about cooking in the SCA's period. The site will focus on European cooking, but include information about Middle Eastern and Asian cooking as well.

A note: when we use the word "period" (as in "yes, they would have had that in period") we are referring to pre-17th century Europe, most commonly between 1000 CE and 1600 CE.
